The primary purpose of the role is to take concept designs for new food factory fit out projects and develop into detailed designs ready for construction, alterations and redevelopments. To facilitate client design meetings along with Oakleys internal team and use high-level drawing skills to design buildings that are functional, safe and compliant with Building Regs.
The primary purpose of the role is to manage the execution of construction projects from beginning to end, adhering to the project’s schedule and timeline, delivering the project on time within budget and risk management.

Currently seeking a Trainee Site Manager to join our team at Oakley to work on a project located in Ashford. The company is recruiting for a Trainee/ Graduate or Assistant Site Manager having worked via trades route. Focussing on training and development working under an experienced Site Manager and Contracts Manager. As the Trainee Site Manager, you will work alongside these people to gain the knowledge and skills to become eventually become a Site Manager, managing your own site independently.
The primary purpose of this role is to partner with the Finance Director to ensure the financial arm of the business is kept up to date and accurate. You will be required to work with all other departments to achieve this aim.
