White walling, Resin Flooring & Drainage
The brief
Joe & Seph’s are a family business who launched in 2010 with a mission to produce the best tasting popcorn in the world!
With significant growth over the past few years, Joe & Seph’s needed to transition from 2 serviced units into a new 25,000 sq ft unit. Due to busy day-to-day operations, Joe & Seph’s needed support from a reliable partner who could provide management and expertise to deliver this project seamlessly.
Our solution
Oakley proved the ideal partner for this large project, moving the facilities and creating a purpose built production, storage and distribution space in only 12 weeks!
Through our turnkey process we could lighten the load of the directors by managing all areas of the project taking the expansion plans from design right through to completion and handover enabling current production to continue with minimal disruption.
Works included concrete slab foundations, drainage, resin flooring, PIR white walling, a mezzanine floor and mechanical and electrical services. The result was a brand new process area, WIP area and office area for visitors and employees.
Summary
Managing the Joe & Seph’s project; including complete factory refurbishment, specialist engineering, and the move itself makes this a stand-out case study in our books! The entire project including the move was completed in 12 weeks from start to finish, creating the smallest possible disturbance to Joe & Seph’s manufacturing.
