The brief
Potts Partnership is a family run business established in 2007 with the aim to become the leading brand in the premium cooking sauces and condiment market.
With their brand experiencing strong demand, Potts Partnership identified that the existing production facilities had become a limitation to further growth. With this in mind our client set out to find a larger premises, which was subsequently found and secured, giving Potts a blank canvas to transform into their new factory.
Being a small but fast growing business, husband and wife team Owen and Michelle were heavily involved in the day-to-day business operations, so they needed a reliable partner who could take care of the entire fit-out from design to handover.
Our solution
Oakley were delighted to be chosen by Owen and Michelle as their partner for this project. Our aim throughout was to completely relieve our client from all stress and hassle that would normally be associated with a project of this nature, allowing them to focus on running and growing the business.
Thanks to our prompt mobilisation and hard work of all teams the project was delivered in just 6 weeks. A clear project programme was provided for the works giving our client full visibility of timescales and promoting accountability.
The project scope included a new production and packing room with white walling, drainage, resin flooring, pedestrian and rapid rise doors, LED lighting and an extraction system.

Summary
Despite the compressed programme, upon completion the quality and attention to detail with all finishes is noticeable, giving Potts a facility they can be proud of as well as a lot more space to expand their production line and continue to grow. It was a pleasure to carry this project out for Potts and we can’t wait to watch their growth as they continue to lead the way in the premium sauces market!
