The brief
A family company with a strong reputation for integrity, Foyle works closely with experienced, Quality Assured farms to provide the safest and highest quality beef for their customers.
Having worked with the company previously in creating a new clean gut room (see case study), we were recently asked to take on another project for them – this time upgrading their slaughter hall.
Our solution
These slaughter hall upgrades were directly required by American food standards, in order for Foyle Food beef to be among the first 3 companies exporting high-quality beef to the USA – for the first time in 20 years! Read our article on the UK beef export here
Summary
After a successful completion of all required upgrades, Oakley are delighted to have played a part in this monumental achievement of the UK beef industry! Another job well done by the Oakley team!
