The brief
A family company with a strong reputation for integrity, Foyle works closely with experienced, Quality Assured farms to provide the safest and highest quality beef for their customers.
Foyle Foods approached us, wanting a new clean gut room to allow for a specialist production method to be carried out.
Our solution
Oakley was pleased to assist, and built an entirely new gut room, managing all elements of the build as a turn-key project. This was separated from the rest of the slaughter hall to meet export standards.
Summary
A glance at the project photos conveys the successful outcome – a highly professional gut room, completely customised to the production methods and requirements specified by Foyle Foods. Another job well done by the Oakley team!
