With rapid business growth happening, our client needed to move and expand their facilities to ensure they could keep up with demand whilst ensuring they continued to produce the highest quality beansprouts in the UK.

With multiple sites in varied locations already, our client needed an end-to-end turnkey project delivery to ensure the management of the project was consistent from start to finish.

With a new 35,000 sqft building secured, design and planning needed to begin promptly to ensure future growth was not limited.

The directors of this fast-paced growing business turned to Oakley for support enabling them to continue focusing on running and growing their business.

Our client found the thought of an upcoming factory expansion project overwhelming, already managing multiple sites meant it would have been impossible for them to oversee the delivery of a new factory facility of this size.

With so many aspects involved in the design, build and fit-out stages, Oakley was brought in as their turnkey partner to oversee and deliver all stages of the project process seamlessly.

Our design and build team worked together to deliver this project and take our client’s production to the next level.

Their new facility now produces over 250 tonnes of beansprouts a week whilst continuing to be the freshest and most high quality beansprout product in the UK.

• Coldstores
• Mezzanine floor
• Bagging/packing room
• Seed storage and disinfection 
• Boiler room
• Lorry loading bays
• Process and quality control offices
• Canteen, washrooms and welfare areas
