7-Step System for Efficient Food Processing Factory Design
Initial Consultation:This is so we can introduce ourselves, discuss your specific requirements and ascertain whether we are the right fit for your project.
Site Visit: We operate across the entire UK and one of our specialists will be able to arrange a convenient time for a site visit with you, to review the site before work commences.
Scoping, Concept Design and Planning: Based on the initial discussions we are able to translate your requirements into initial concept designs or architectural designs for planning (if required).
Detailed Design: Once the site visit and survey are complete, our design team will work collaboratively alongside you over a period of 6-8 weeks to bring your vision to life. You will then be presented with a full set of detailed construction drawings alongside a comprehensive scope of works and fixed proposal for the build and fit-out phases. This detailed design pack is yours to share if you wish to get alternative quotes.
Work Begins:If you are confident in our turnkey approach and happy with the design, we can then proceed with the building and fitting out of your new food factory according to the detailed design.
Work Complete:There will be pre-determined milestones that will need to be signed off by you at each stage of the project to ensure you are 100% happy with the work being carried out.
Handover and Sign Off:Once the project is complete, any warranties, guarantees or and paperwork will be completed and handed over to you, seamlessly, on budget, on time and always to the highest standards.
