The majority of food and beverage manufacturers and handlers throughout the UK will require some level of hygienic white-walling installation to comply with food hygiene regulations. This is typically a pre-formed panel system, which is then flashed and silicone sealed to give a durable, washable hygienic finish.

Fire Safety
Fire safety is of utmost importance to our clients, and increasingly this is being enforced by regulatory bodies and insurance providers. The panels Oakley install are typically one of two types; PIR panels or Rockwool panels. This refers to the material used within the panel, which will dictate its level of fire resistance. High-quality PIR panels 100mm thickness and above will normally give a minimum of 30 minutes fire rating, but many of our clients now require Rockwool panels which give the highest level of fire resistance. Talk to us about your requirements and we will advise on the best solution for you, to ensure the safety of your staff and the continuity of your business should a fire occur.

In addition to achieving a high quality finish, we understand that our clients often require minimal disruption to production when working in live production areas. Our team are experienced in ensuring work can be carried out without disruption to production wherever possible, by sealing off work areas and carrying out work out of production hours when needed.

Initial Consultation: This is so we can introduce ourselves, discuss your specific requirements and ascertain whether we are the right fit for your project.
Site Visit: We operate across the entire UK and one of our specialists will be able to arrange a convenient time for a site visit with you, to review the site before work commences.
Scoping, Concept Design and Planning: Based on the initial discussions we are able to translate your requirements into initial concept designs or architectural designs for planning (if required).
Detailed Design: Once the site visit and survey are complete, our design team will work collaboratively alongside you over a period of 6-8 weeks to bring your vision to life. You will then be presented with a full set of detailed construction drawings alongside a comprehensive scope of works and fixed proposal for the build and fit-out phases. This detailed design pack is yours to share if you wish to get alternative quotes.
Work Begins: If you are confident in our turnkey approach and happy with the design, we can then proceed with the building and fitting out of your new food factory according to the detailed design.
Work Complete: There will be pre-determined milestones that will need to be signed off by you at each stage of the project to ensure you are 100% happy with the work being carried out.
Handover & Sign Off: Once the project is complete, any warranties, guarantees or and paperwork will be completed and handed over to you, seamlessly, on budget, on time and always to the highest standards.
